At MV GOLPATA, we strive to provide our valued customers with the best experience. To ensure a smooth and secure booking process, we have outlined our payment policy as follows:

1. Minimum Payment Requirement:

To confirm your booking, a minimum payment of 50% of the total charges is required at the time of reservation.

 

2. Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

  - Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  - Mobile Financial Services  (bKash, Rocket, Nagaad)

  - Online Payment Gateways (e.g., SSL Commerz)

 

3. Remaining Balance:

- The remaining balance of the total tour Fees must be paid at least 02(two) days before the departure date.

- Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made 15 (fifteen) days or more before the departure date:

 - 80% refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations made between 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) days before the departure date:

 - 50% refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations made between 05 (five) to 10 (ten) days before the departure date:

 - 30% refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations made less than 05 (five) days before the departure date:

  - No refund of the deposit.

 

5. Changes to Reservation:

- Changes to the reservation, such as altering the departure date or cabin type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- Requests for changes must be made at least 14 days before the departure date.

6. Refund Policy:

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation or change request.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
